Grand Opening Celebration I-Pod Drawing Rules
By participation in the drawing, entrants agree to the following Official Rules:
This drawing is to celebrate the opening of our 36th restaurant in Las Vegas/North Las Vegas/Henderson, is the only restaurant participating in the drawing.
It is located at the corner of Buffalo and Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada.
o puNo purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The entry period for this drawing will begin at 12:01 a.m. on August 17th, 2010 and will continue through the drawing which will take place during the Grand Opening party. All eligible entries received during this period will be entered into the drawing. All entries will be the sole property of Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas.

Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any entry or entrant, and is not responsible for the loss or misdirecton of any entry. Eligible entries must include enough information to contact and/or identify the individual entry describes. Neither Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas, nor any of its affiliates are not responsible for the timeliness of entry, loss, or misdirection of any entry.

you opt-out or unsubscribe, if you enter this drawing again, or enter a future
drawing, you will not be automatically re-entered or re-subscribed unless you
specifically ask us to do so. Entry information will not be sold, given or otherwise transmitted to any third party company or marketer.
9. One Grand Prize will be awarded during the Grand Opening Celebration Party at Restaurant #7750. If not present, the winner will be contacted by e-mail and USPS Certified Mail. If not present, winner will have five (5) business days to claim the prize. The Grand Prize winner agrees to have his/her name and image published on the website and newsletter without further compensation. If the drawing winner does not claim the prize within the specified time period, s/he releases all claims and another winner will be drawn from the pool of Second Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner agrees to hold Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas harmless as to any and all claims that may arise from the use of the Grand Prize – the manufacturer’s warranty and its limitations will apply in the case of any breakage or defect of the Grand Prize Product, and any costs or procedures necessary in obtaining warranty coverage will be borne solely by the winner. A yet-to-be-determined number of Second-Place prizes will be awarded in the form of one (1) coupon redeemable for a free product, determination of which will be at Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas’ sole discretion; winners of second place prizes must be present. Second-Place prize winners agree to have their names listed in the newsletter and on the website.
