NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit Carl’s Jr of Las Vegas website, www.carlsjroflasvegas.com and signup for the e-newsletter. Contest begins at 8 a.m. December 7, 2009, and must be received by midnight December 11th to be eligible.
Five tickets for a carload at the Gift of Lights are available; they will be given, one each, to five individuals selected from those signing up for Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas' e-newsletter during this promotion.If you signed up before December 7, you can be eligible by retweeting contest information during the entry period. Winners will be notified on or about December 12th, and tickets will be mailed to winners or may be picked up at our office at 2950 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV during regular office hours. Tickets have no cash value.
Prize winners will be selected from a
random drawing held on or about December 12, 2009 from among all eligible entries
received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified through their Twitter account
via a direct message. Tickets must be redeemed no later than January 3, 2010,
the closing date of the event. All other expenses relating to the Grand Prize
package not specified are the sole responsibility of winner. Open to residents
of Southern Nevada who, as of December 7, 2009, are 18 years of age or older.
Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone, computer or on-line or internet systems or services. Not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering this sweepstakes or downloading any material for this sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of any prize or their participation in this sweepstakes, or from any misuse, or malfunction of any prize awarded. Acceptance of Grand Prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. In the event of any dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry shall be deemed submitted by the "authorized holder" of the Twitter account. The "authorized holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to the account. We reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in this sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, Sponsors determine that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors' representatives. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes in the event the sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering or technical failures of any kind. Who won the i-Pod Touch? Janine Garcia accepts her prize from Christina Moore, General Manager of Restaurant #7073, where Janine entered the drawing. Her entry was drawn from more than 7,000 hopeful guests who participated.

$100 Gift Card Drawing
The Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas $100 Gift Card drawing period ended July 31, 2009. We received over 7000 entries overall. After reviewing all the entries to make sure they were consistent with the rules, the drawing was held on August 11th. Notification as sent to the winner by USPS certified mail on August 12, 2009, and pending the winner claiming the prize, we will announce the results soon.
Since we received an overwhelming response, we felt it was appropriate to award 20 "Runner Up" prizes, either a coupon for a complimentary Charbroiled Chicken Salad or a coupon for a complimentary $6 Burger.
From all of us at Carl's Jr. of Las Vegas, we want to express our sincere appreciation for our guests' particiation in our promotion and your continued support of our restaurants.

Drawing Rules
By participation in the drawing, entrants agree to the following Official Rules:
1. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Only one entry, per person, per participating restaurant, per day. In the case of duplicate entries for a single individual on any day, only one entry will be entered into the drawing for that day.
3. The entry period for this drawing will be from 12:01 a.m. on August 24, 2009, and will end at 11:59 p.m. on September 18, 2009. All eligible entries will be entered into the drawing, which will occur on or around October 1, 2009.
4. You must be 13 years of age as of the date of the beginning of the entry period to be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
5. Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any entry or entrant, and is not responsible for the loss or misdirection of any entry. Eligible entries must include enough information that the entrant listed can be contacted in case s/he wins a prize.
6. By providing your information, you agree to receive information and offers from Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas, via direct or e-mail. Any e-mail we send will give you the opportunity to opt-out or unsubscribe at any time; if you wish to opt-out of direct mail, you may submit written notice to our office at: Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas, 2950 E. Once you opt-out or unsubscribe, if you enter this drawing again, or enter a future drawing, you will not be automatically re-entered or re-subscribed unless you specifically ask us to do so.
7. All entries will be the sole property of Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas, and we guarantee that your information will not be sold, given or otherwise transmitted to any third party company or marketer.
8. Employees, officers, and directors of Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas, S.L. Investments, Inc. or the parent (franchisor) company, their family members, dependents or individual residing in the same household (whether or not related) as these employees, officers and directors, are not eligible to participate.
9. One Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner will be contacted by USPS Certified Mail. The winner will have five (5) business days to claim the prize. The Grand Prize winner agrees to have his/her name and image published on the website and newsletter without further compensation. If the drawing winner does not claim the prize within the specified time period, s/he releases all claims and another winner will be drawn from the pool of 20 Second Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner agrees to hold Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas harmless of any and all claims that may arise from the use of the Grand Prize – the manufacturer’s warrantee will apply in the case of any breakage or defect of the Grand Prize Product. Twenty (20) Second-Place prizes will be awarded in the form of one (1) coupon redeemable for a free product, determination of which will be at Carl’s Jr. of Las Vegas’ sole discretion; Second-Place prize winners agree to have their names listed in the newsletter and on the website.
